New Jersey Boating Education Requirements

All PWC Operators must carry a New Jersey State Boating Certificate when operating a Personal Watercraft (PWC).

New Mandatory Education Law for all Boaters:

Boat operators born in 1949 or later must possess a Boating Safety Certificate by June 1, 2008

SEA’s One Day Safe Boating Course will satisfy the State requirements to obtain the New Jersey Safe Boating Certificate and operate both a boat or a PWC.

S.E.A. classroom courses are approved by the National Association of Safe Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and Recognized by the United States Coast Guard. S.E.A. is a member of the National Safe Boating Council.
