Navigation Course - “One on One” Training

SEA offers a “One on One” Navigation Course tailored to you and your boating activity. We will teach you navigations skills as we plan trips and actually plot courses from your dock to desired destinations. The chart work allows us to establish GPS waypoints over safe water. We teach the proper way to use GPS in conjunction with the charts and buoy system. Never rely on GPS alone, a 50 cent blown fuse, a loose antenna wire, or a screen going black, can be a serious problem without charts and navigation skills.
